Initial Consultation agreement

This agreement is made between the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, Diwakar Sharma (RCIC) and the Client. The Client agrees to pay the fees for the chosen online consultation, and the fee remains non-refundable under any circumstances. 

The consultation will provide case-specific information to the consultant for conducting analysis and share advice on immigration options, including estimates, consultation fees and costs.

Client responsibilities: The Client must provide the RCIC with such factual information and documentation required to perform the consultation. The Client must be honest and inform RCIC of all information, even if negative, which might be beneficial to the advice provided by RCIC. Failure to fully disclose all information pertinent to RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC. Hiding facts and providing false information will void this agreement or seriously affect the outcome of the Client’s application or the retention of any status that the Client may obtain.

Advice current on the date of consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC to the Client is based on the Canadian immigration regulations and policy current on the consultation date. The RCIC is not accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the Client’s processing of any subsequent application.

The outcome is not guaranteed:  RCIC shall provide consulting services to the Client to the standard of a competent CICC member. RCIC does not ensure that s/he will assist the Client in meeting his or her immigration journey.

Confidentiality: RCIC is required to maintain the confidences and secrets of the Client. CICC’s professional conduct binds the consultant to encourage candid and complete communication between the Client and the RCIC. All information and documentation provided by the Client and reviewed by the RCIC will not be shared with any third party, other than RCIC agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law.

The laws shall govern this agreement in effect in the Province of Ontario and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Please be advised that Diwakar Sharma, RCIC #708551, is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants  (CICC) and is bound by its By-Law, code of professional ethics and Regulations.

By paying the fee, the Client agrees that he/she has read this initial consultation agreement and its clause and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in it.
