Diwakar Sharma

Diwakar Sharma has evolved from being an amateur publicist to an expert communication specialist. He has always had a passion for understanding cultural differences, managing expectations and challenging youth for securing a better future. This passion led to a degree in Business Administration from Chaudhary Charan Singh University to a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University. Diwakar further pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations and Ontario Graduate Certificate in TESL from Niagara College. Diwakar was most interested in working with youth, especially students from different cultures and origins. He has over 17 years of experience in international student recruitment, academic administration, teaching, public relations and media management.
Diwakar is a published author of seven books and numerous articles. He is a globe trotter and is passionate about travelling worldwide; he likes connecting with people and learning about different customs and traditions. He is attentive to details and is capable of interpreting the law. Diwakar likes adventure, and with his experience, he decided to further his education and understanding of border services and immigration. Diwakar completed the immigration practitioner program and has decided to pursue a career in the Immigration field.
Diwakar will assist applicants with any Canadian Immigration matter, including study permits, temporary resident visas, work permits, processing of postgraduate work permit (PGWP), Express entry, LMIA, Permanent Residence Application and Canadian Citizenship. In addition, students and parents can reach out to him for career counselling, course and university selection as he has immense experience in helping students succeed in Canada.
Diwakar is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in the Province of Ontario, and he is authorized to administer oaths and take affidavits.
In Diwakar’s personal time, he enjoys cooking and reading.
Fan Zang
Regional Director, Asia -Pacific
Fan Zang is an experienced student recruitment and marketing specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the international higher education industry. He is skillful in communication, negotiation and sales, and has very strong analytical skills.
He worked as an International Student Recruitment Officer at Concordia University between 2013 and 2022, and was instrumental in creating “Team Asia” for the university.
Prior to COVID-19, he used to travel 3 months a year in the Asia-Pacific markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand where he has built important relationships with an extensive network of professionals and partners in some notable K-12 schools, post-secondary institutions, as well as some key educational agencies and various government departments.
Amidst the pandemic, he has relocated to his hometown in Shanghai, China where he is currently responsible for all the University of Regina's Chinese student recruitment activities in the country. Fan will be responsible for promoting services offered by Diwakar Immigration Services inclusive of student visa to permanent residence in Canada.
