Diwakar Sharma
Director & Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (#R708551)
Diwakar Sharma has evolved from being an amateur publicist to an expert communication specialist. He has always had a passion for understanding cultural differences, managing expectations and challenging youth for securing a better future. This passion led to a degree in Business Administration from Chaudhary Charan Singh University to a Master’s degree in Mass Communication from Guru Jambheshwar University. Diwakar further pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations and Ontario Graduate Certificate in TESL from Niagara College. Diwakar was most interested in working with youth, especially students from different cultures and origins. He has over 17 years of experience in international student recruitment, academic administration, teaching, public relations and media management.
Diwakar is a published author of seven books and numerous articles. He is a globe trotter and is passionate about travelling worldwide; he likes connecting with people and learning about different customs and traditions. He is attentive to details and is capable of interpreting the law. Diwakar likes adventure, and with his experience, he decided to further his education and understanding of border services and immigration. Diwakar completed the immigration practitioner program and has decided to pursue a career in the Immigration field.
Diwakar will assist applicants with any Canadian Immigration matter, including study permits, temporary resident visas, work permits, processing of postgraduate work permit (PGWP), Express entry, LMIA, Permanent Residence Application and Canadian Citizenship. In addition, students and parents can reach out to him for career counselling, course and university selection as he has immense experience in helping students succeed in Canada.
Diwakar is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits in the Province of Ontario, and he is authorized to administer oaths and take affidavits.
In Diwakar’s personal time, he enjoys cooking and reading.
Fan Zang
Regional Director, Asia -Pacific
Fan Zang is an experienced student recruitment and marketing specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the international higher education industry. He is skillful in communication, negotiation and sales, and has very strong analytical skills.
He worked as an International Student Recruitment Officer at Concordia University between 2013 and 2022, and was instrumental in creating “Team Asia” for the university.
Prior to COVID-19, he used to travel 3 months a year in the Asia-Pacific markets including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand where he has built important relationships with an extensive network of professionals and partners in some notable K-12 schools, post-secondary institutions, as well as some key educational agencies and various government departments.
Amidst the pandemic, he has relocated to his hometown in Shanghai, China where he is currently responsible for all the University of Regina's Chinese student recruitment activities in the country. Fan will be responsible for promoting services offered by Diwakar Immigration Services inclusive of student visa to permanent residence in Canada.
Rachna Mehta

Rachna Mehta brings diverse industrial background to our team; she has been a result-oriented professional offering over two decades of experience across various facets of Business Planning, Sales & Marketing, & Supplier Relationship Management, and Digital Transformations. Rachna has worked for the supplier fraternity and various continuous improvement programs. She succeeded in being appointed as the First woman in Honda Cars India to be deputed for two years for an overseas assignment – Asian Honda Thailand(ASH). She gained international exposure by working in Asian Honda & managed 2-3environment-sustainable projects while coordinating with the 9 Asiancountries- Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, India and so on asProject Leader. Rachna has decided to step away from her industrial work environment and use her skill set in developing business and upscale the sale of services offered through our immigration and education consultancy.
Rachna will be instrumental in business development, networking and franchise development for our pan India operations and, with time, will expand her role in catering to B2B as well as B2C demand in Asia & Middle East. She will also deliver language assessment examination training through companies' operations in India.
