Dr. Anoop Pant
(Professor), Sharda University
Dr. Anoop Pant is associated with Sharda University – School of Business Studies as a Professor in Finance Stream for the last seven and half years. Prior to Joining Sharda University, Prof. Pant has served as the Director of Institute of Advanced Management and Research, Ghaziabad; Director of Accurate Institute of Advanced Management, Greater Noida; Founder Director of Ajay Kumar Garg Institute of Management, Ghaziabad; Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Ghaziabad. He has also been Program Director and Professor at Asia Pacific Institute of Management, New Delhi.
He also takes a keen interest in guiding Ph.D. students. Five research scholars under his supervision have been awarded Ph.D. At present, he is guiding four Ph.D. students. Dr. Pant has been actively involved in research and publications and has published & presented more than 20 research papers in international/national journals and international conferences. He has also authored 20 textbooks in the area of finance and accounting.
Dr. Pant has done his Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Prof Pant has been teaching subjects in the Finance area to postgraduate students of management at various reputed Schools of Management for the last 26 years.
Dr. Anshul Verma
Professor of Finance and Chairperson- Postgraduate Executive Management Programme(PGEMP) at SPJIMR
Dr. Verma is currently working as Professor of Finance at SPJIMR. He also holds the position of Chairperson for the Postgraduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP). Prior to this, he worked as an Associate Professor and Chairperson (PGDM-Executive) at IMT, Ghaziabad. He also held the position of Associate Professor in the Accounting and Finance Area and was the Associate Programme Head for the PGEMP Programme at S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India. He has worked for the Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, as well.
Dr. Verma holds a double Master's degree, in Management with a Specialization in Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology and in Economics from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. He has also earned dual Ph. D. in the areas of Credit Risk Management and Applied Business Economics from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
He has close to two decades years of experience in teaching, training, and research in the areas of Accounting & Finance, and Administration in top-ranked Business Schools in India. Dr. Verma has delivered training and Management Development programs to executives at all levels in organizations like MSD Pharma, Astra-Zeneca, Hero Moto Corp, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and NTPC to name a few. He also trained and mentored in Goldman Sachs’s 10,000 women entrepreneur program.
He has published research papers in international publications like Emerald, Inderscience, and Elsevier and in journals of national repute. He conducts training on CAPSTONE® Business Simulation Platform with the title Business Strategy through Simulation. He has written books in areas of Foreign Exchange Risk, M&A, Human Values & Professional Ethics. He also has a keen interest in astrology.

Before this, she had served as a reviewer for several ABDC journals and worked as a subject facilitator for the University of Wollongong & University of London. In addition, she has close to Severn years of teaching experience with institutions such as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan BULMIM, Masters' Union, Jesus &Mary College, Maitreyi College and KR Mangalam University. Dr. Cheshta holds a Ph.D. in Financial Economics from the Faculty of Management Studies, DU. She is a post-graduate of the Delhi School of Economics & a graduate of Gargi College, University of Delhi. She has published and presented several international and national papers. Her interest lies in financial adaptability, Sustainable Foreign Investments, Banking Policy, Gender Financial Inclusion, and Development Economics. She is an expert in extracting large survey datasets, data analysis and interpretation of research problems.
Dr. Durgesh Tripathi

Dr. Durgesh Tripathi is the founding faculty member of the University, School of Mass Communication (USMC) at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi. He has completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) in 2017. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Bhartendu Harishchandra Award (Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India) for his academic contribution.
He was also a Co-Principal Investigator of “Communication and Media studies” for Open Education Resources (e-PG Pathshala), an e-learning initiative undertaken by INFLIBNET, UGC, and MHRD, Govt. of India. ICSSR has also published two books on Media and Youth Studies written by Dr. Tripathi. Dr. Tripathi has organized 3 Research Methodology Workshops and 2 National Seminars on the themes of Media, Governance, and Youth and Gender Sensitization sponsored by ICSSR, New Delhi.
Dr. Tripathi has been invited for extension lectures at Shanghai International University, China; Burapha University, Thailand; Hallym University, Seoul, The Republic of South Korea; the University of Teknologi Mara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; University of Bonn, Germany. He has also chaired a session in the 4th European International Conference at Antalya, Turkey, and has visited places of academic eminence in Toronto, Canada, Paris, France, and Singapore.

Prof H P Garg has been working in the field of Higher Technical Education, Renewable Energy Education, Solar Energy, and Renewable Energy Research and Development for more than 55 years and has published more than 520 research papers, published 18 books, guided 30 Ph.D. students, conducted several National and International conferences.
Prof H P Garg has been the Pioneer in Renewable Energy Research and Education in India and achieved national and international recognition for his outstanding contributions to the development and design of Solar Energy Technology applications. He was the first person in India to write his doctoral dissertation in the area of Solar Energy.
Prof Garg also held UNESCO Chair Professorship and IREDA Chair Professorship in the field of Renewable Energy Education and Training. Prof Garg is the recipient of more than 15 National and International awards and his work got recognized by several scientific bodies. After superannuation from IIT Delhi, Prof Garg has served as Vice- Chairman in BLS Group of Institutions followed by Sr Consultant at National Institute of Solar Energy. Prof Garg is presently working as Director General at Trinity and Kamal Group of Institutions, New Delhi, and Adjunct Professor, Netaji Subhash University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi.

Dr. Narinder Paul Singh

Dr. Narinder Paul Singh served IKG Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU), a State Technical University, as Dean for a long stint and held various portfolios. He has been instrumental in reforming the examination system and established the Directorate of Distance Education of IKG PTU. Under his leadership and guidance, multiple initiatives in Distance Education were taken, like Computer Based Tutorials, Online Learning Management Systems, online question papers for examination, revision in Syllabus & question paper patterns, and several others. The University, under his guidance, received Best ICT enabled the University of the Year and Best Open & Distance Learning Initiative of the Year awards by e-India in 2010.
Before joining IKG PTU, Dr. Singh worked at Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET), established by the Government of India, where he held various positions, including officiating Director. During his tenure as Director, SLIET was recommended for the status of a Deemed University by UGC.
Throughout his professional career, Dr. Singh has held significant positions in organizations like Member Secretary and Board of Governor of Sant Longowal Institute of Engg. & Technology; Member, Board of Governor of Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar (2008-2011); Section Chairman of ISTE for Punjab, H.P., J&K & Chandigarh; Executive Member, Punjab Academy of Sciences; Chairman, Accreditation Committee of National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for accreditation of Govt. Polytechnic, Hamirpur (H.P.); Member of North-Western Regional Committee of AICTE, New Delhi (2005-2006) and Founder member, Third World Association of Remote Sensing Trieste (Italy).
He is an honoured researcher and author with numerous national and international research publications and a published book entitled “Experiments in Materials Sciences” to his credit.
